The City of Panama City will accept sealed bid for the ESBG Aluminum Fabrication Building Stormwater Improvements, The City reserves the right to reject any one or all bids, or any part of any bid, to waive any informality in any bid, and to award a contract deemed to be in the best interest of the City. BIDDERs shall submit all questions, in writing, to Mandy O'Regan at moregan@anchorcei.com. All questions shall be submitted no later than 5:00 p.m. (CT)on Tuesday, December 13 th, 2022 This Phase I ESA was carried out in accordance with the Terms of Reference as provided in Wood's proposal (POESAM21725) dated September 9, 2021. The scope of work for the Phase I ESA consisted of the following tasks: o Reviewing the historical occupancy of the Site, using available archived and relevant (in Wood's opinion) municipal and business directories, fire insurance plans (FIPs), aerial photographs, land title records and previous environmental reports; o Reviewing the current use of the Site and any land use practices that may have impacted its environmental condition; o Reviewing the current use of the surrounding properties and any land use practices that may have impacted the environmental condition of the Site;
