Rabun County Elementary School Flooring Bid 2022

The Rabun County Board of Education is now accepting bids for a renovation project located at Rabun County Elementary School. The bid is for renovation of the current flooring in Hallways, Restrooms and Kitchen/Serving Lines. The following project will contain the following list of renovations: 1. Removal of all tile and baseboard. 2. Grinding and leveling (floor leveler) of concrete base as needed. 3. New Flooring in Hallways will be Interface LVT. Main color will be A00409 Ash Walnut with an inset border consisting of color A00406 Antique Light Oak. 4. New Flooring in Bathrooms; KitcheniSenting will be poured epoxy flooring; coved up on baseboard 6'. Flooring to be a medium to light gray in color. 5. All packing and shipping materials will be discarded by the contractor. Add Option 1: Remove and Reinstall all needed plumbing in bathrooms. Add Option 2: Remove and Reinstall all needed kitchen equipment. Final date for questions - December 13; 2022 - All questions/answers will be posted as an addendum and sent to interested parties by end of day on December 14, 2022. Work dates - June 1, 2022 to July 21, 2022 ( All work must be completed ) Equipment and material may be staged onsite prior to June 1, 2022 with agreement between Contractor and RGHOE
