| Description | 1. exterior painting of soffit and fascia as specified at the Garrett County Courthouse located at 313 East Alder Street in Oakland, Maryland. Painting is limited to the historic section of the Courthouse Complex. 2. The work shall be carried out without affecting the normal functioning of the offices at Garrett County Courthouse, and the contractor shall provide temporary protection as required to prevent the entry of dirt, paint, fumes, etc. into the building during the course of the work. Access to all entries and exits of the building shall be maintained at all times, except as specifically permitted otherwise by the Owner. All work shall be of the finest quality both in terms of workmanship and visual quality. The Contractor shall take extra care not to harm adjoining surfaces during the course of the work. |
