Description

The Fruitland WTP Solar Panel Project is a design-bid-build project to provide Solar Photovoltaic (PV) system at the Fruitland WTP. The PV system shall be designed to generate a minimum of 269,000 kWh/year which is 100% of the annual energy used by the Fruitland WTP facility. The scope of work generally consists of, but is not limited to, design, construction and installation of the PV solar array system, site work, concrete foundations, power distribution including panelboards, cabinets, meters and associated appurtenances to provide a fully functioning Solar PV system at the site. The system will be directly connected to the local power company electrical grid and net-metered to credit the Owner for solar energy produced onsite. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, appliances, materials and incidentals and shall perform all operations required to completely finish all of the work in the manner approved by the Owner.
