| Description | The scope of work to be completed under this contract shall include, but not be limited to, the following: Cleaning, Patching, Waterproofing and Painting of Exterior (East Wall Only) a) Apply an approved mildewcide (bleach and water) solution to all mildew affected areas. b) Pressure clean all exterior stucco surfaces to be coated. c) Repair all masonry cracks with Sherwin Williams Elastomeric patching compound. d) Seal all exterior stucco surfaces to be coated with Sherwin Williams Masonry Sealer. e) Apply an intermediate coat of Sherwin Williams Loxon XP Waterproofing material. f) Apply one coat Sherwin Williams Resilience finish paint to wall. The paint color shall be selected by the City. | ||
