Rock Spring Golf Club Cart Path Improvements

The Scope of work to be performed under this contract shall include, but not be limited to, clearing and grading of the proposed new Cart Path locations, installation of new paved Cart Paths, retaining wall construction, drainage improvements and tree removal along with restoration of adjacent disturbed areas (asphalt and vegetative areas), and other incidental construction as indicated on the drawings and described in the Specifications. The Scope of Work shall also include site restoration and reseeding of disturbed landscaped areas, and/or other incidental construction as shown or indicated on the plans and/or as described in the Specifications.
