2020 Street Improvements

This project consists of reconstruction of 2020 STREET IMPROVEMENTS: East Kent St., Liberty St., Lamson St., E. South St. and Taylor St. Construction shall include: areas of complete pavement removal and repaving of existing bituminous roadways totaling approximately 15,000 syds; earth excavation for roadway totaling approximately 9,200 cyds; class II sand subbase totaling approximately 5,500 cyds; 21AA aggregate base totaling approximately 4,000 cyds; replacement of bituminous leveling course and wearing course totaling approximately 4,200 tons; removal and replacement of concrete curb and gutter totaling approximately 7,800 lft; removal and replacement of 4” and 6” concrete sidewalks, driveways and ADA sidewalks ramps totaling approximately 41,000 sft; watermain construction including 12” and 8” D.I. watermain totaling approximately 3,700 lft, new valves, connections, services and other related watermain items; sanitary sewer construction including 12”, 10” and 8” sanitary main totaling approximately 3,000 lft, new sanitary manholes, services and other related sanitary items; storm sewer construction including 18” and 12” storm sewer totaling approximately 1,800 lft,, new storm manholes, catchbasins, underdrains and other storm related items; signing and traffic control, complete cleanup and restoration, and other miscellaneous work items that are normally included with the described work items.
