Description

The Project generally consists of the following work:1. Contract 1 - General Construction - Removal and replacement of existing retaining wall; removal and replacement of portions of sidewalks, curbs, and railings; removal and replacement of doors, windows, trim, sills, and fades; repair and shoring of existing underground vault; abatement associated with renovations; temporary maintenance and protection of traffic; temporary shoring of utility poles; reinstall connection of heated sidewalk system; and repair exterior stone stairs.
