Minnetonka Schools - Clear Springs Elementary 2024 Reroofing Site Directions: 5701 County Road 101, Minnetonka, MN Est. Completion Date: Aug. 2, 2024 Roof replacement with new fully-adhered EPDM roof system No bids shall be withdrawn subsequent to the opening of bids without the consent of the Minnetonka Public Schools for a period of thirty (30) days after the scheduled time of closing bids. The District reserves the right to accept or reject any part of all bids or parts thereof if bids are by item and to waive any informalities in bidding. A cashier's check, certified check, or bid bond payable to the Minnetonka Public Schools in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall be submitted with each bid. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory Performance and Payment Bonds and executed Certificate of Responsible Contractor. All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope at the place and time indicated above. They shall be plainly marked for the item to be bid as follows: Minnetonka Schools - 2024 Reroofing at Clear Springs Elementary School and shall be addressed to Coordinator of Purchasing, Minnetonka Public Schools, 5621 County Road 101 Minnetonka, Minnesota 55345.
