Description

Replace HVAC systems, fan coil units, piping, air handlers, and other ancillary support systems in Clement Hall and Mitchell Hall. At Theatre Building, provide exterior ladder from low roof to high roof for maintenance access to smoke vents above theater stage. Work consists of two Phases and has four alternates: Alt #1 - Mitchell Hall 1st flr AHUs; Alt #2 - Mitchell Hall 3rd & 4th flr AHUs; Alt #3 - Underground HW to Mitchell. Alt #4 - Backup HW distribution pump.
