Farmington Town Park Pavilion

Anticipated award date will at either the June 20th or the June 28th Town Board Meeting. As of June 9, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on June 13th, 2023. Construction of a new pavilion at the Farmington Town Park. The pavilion structure will be 30-ft wide by 50-ft long, completely open, pre-engineered, and composed of wood columns and beams, a metal roof, and supported by a shallow foundation system. The Work also includes installation of gutters, downspouts, drainage piping, and conduit for new electrical service to the pavilion. The Town of Farmington, Ontario County, New York, reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to waive any informalities, or to make an award to other than the low bidder. It further reserves the right to limit the amount of the award. Project has an expected duration of 160 days.
