Mansion Street Bridge at Pershing Avenue - 20-26 - City of Poughkeepsie

Reconstruction of bridge that spans Mansion St and Pershing Ave across Fallkill Creek. Bridge has substandard railings and foundations that are prone to damage during high water events, which in turn contribute to failure of concrete foundation systems over time. Reconstruction supports continuance of local traffic. Scheduled to be funded by the Statewide Transportation Improvement Program (STIP) included in a comprehensive list of all projects proposed to receive Federal funding As January 23, 2023, this project is currently in the FY 2023 - 2027 CIP. Funding for this project is allotted in the city's capital improvement plan for construction FY 2025.
