| Description | The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and generally consists of but not limited to the following: 1. Replace (2) existing ground loop pumps and VFDs at Appleby Elementary School 2. HVAC and Controls Upgrades in the Gymnasium and adjacent corridors at Memorial Middle School. Work includes removal of the existing HVAC equipment from the Gym and installation of the (2) new Roof Top Units, curbs and ductwork. 3. HVAC-controls upgrades for the existing equipment/systems at Memorial Middle School 4. HVAC and Controls Upgrades in the Multi-Purpose Room at Schoenly Elementary School Including Work includes replacement of the (1) Existing Roof Top Unit and ductwork. |
