Cedar Point Elementary School Renovations and Additions

The Work generally consists of the renovation of approximately 86,659 SF of existing building, and the addition of approximately 1,000 SF for a new walk-in cooler and freezer and associate spaces, and the addition of approximately 3,500 SF for a new auxiliary gym, office, storage, and associated spaces. The scope includes but not limited to masonry, concrete, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and systems demolition and improvements. Equipment and furnishings indicated, shall be provided by the Contractor unless noted otherwise.
