HVAC Upgrades for Fire Stations 1, 3 and 4

These upgrades must include the following work: Station 1 Demo and dispose of existing boiler, pumps, expansion tank, flues, electrical, piping, and controls not reused. Furnish and install new hot water boilers including air separator, expansion tank, new pumps, primary/secondary piping revisions, isolation valves, and accessories. New stainless flues from new boilers to existing chimney. Stand-alone boiler controls, electrical revisions, and insulation of new piping. Extend and modify gas piping as required. Evacuate, disconnect, demo, and dispose of existing roof mounted condensing unit, air supply unit, refrigeration piping, hot water piping, ductwork, electrical, and controls not reused. Furnish and install new single zone air supply unit with DIX cooling coil, hot water heating coil, and filter/mixing box. Furnish and install new single circuit air-cooled condensing unit and new refrigeration piping. Electrical revisions, insulation of new piping, and stand-alone controls. Evacuate, disconnect, demo, and dispose of existing roof mounted condensing unit, air supply unit, hot water piping, ductwork, electrical, and controls not reused. Furnish and install new multi-zone air supply unit with dual circuited DIX cooling coil, hot water heating coil, and filter mixing box. Supply, return, and fresh air duct revisions required to connect new unit to existing system. Furnish and install new dual circuited air-cooled condensing unit Electrical revisions, stand-alone controls, insulation of new piping, and duct revisions. Station 3 Install mini-split air conditioning units to provide adequate cooling to all living areas of Station. Station 4 Replace existing Bryan CL-90 natural draft water tube boiler including demolition and disposal of existing boiler, new circulating pump, expansion tank, air separator, fill valve, pipe revisions, flue up thru roof, gas piping, electrical, standalone controls, and insulation of new piping in boiler room. Furnish and install multi-zone duct-free split systems including roof mounted air-cooled condensing units, roof equipment support, roof curb with hood for pipe penetrations, wall mounted fan coils, refrigeration piping, condensate drain lines, electrical and stand-alone Controls.
