ESU 13 H.V.A.C. Upgrade Phase II

As of January 19, 2023, the project has been awarded. A timeline for construction has not been confirmed. The project includes the replacement of approximately 1,600 square feet of building H.V.A.C. systems as well as ceiling and lighting replacement. Work will also include construction of a new mechanical duct access dormer that will be built as part of the existing roof structure of the two-story building Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) unqualified of the amount of maximum Bid price shall be required with each Bid. Right is reserved in the interest of the Owner to reject any or all Bids and to waive any informality in the Bids received.
