The Torry Island Seawall Pedestrian Handrail Improvements project includes the design, fabrication and installation of approximately 760-LF of aluminum pedestrian railing system as per FDOT specifications and ADA requirements. The 48-inch tall railing system shall be installed 6-inch offset from face of concrete seawall cap and include 3/4-inch round or square pickets. Railing can either be prefabricated in welded sections or assembled in the field using railing components and set screws. Pre-approved material vendors for this project are: 1. GatorDock(R) Marine Access Solutions (Thomas Addoms, Regional Sales Manager at 727-295- 7339), 2. Bridge Brothers, Inc. (Aaron Gentilucci at 866-258-3401), or approved equal.
