RFP Engineering - GRC 212-214 and 717 Main Road Tunnel Repairs and Powerhouse Parking Lot

The State of Iowa Department of Administrative Services (DAS) is seeking professional design services for the repair/replacement of utility tunnels and Powerhouse parking lot located at the Glenwood Resource Center (GRC) in Glenwood, Iowa. Construction Manager (Samuels Group) has been engaged for this Project to serve as advisor to DAS and to provide assistance in administrating the Contract for Design between DAS and the Designer according to separate contract between DAS and Construction Manager. DAS is currently seeking design services from qualified firms for a project consisting of repair of approximately 750 lineal ft. of tunnel from Building 20 to Building 212 and repair/replacement of approximately 50 lineal ft. of the Building 717 tunnel located by the Visitors Center.
