Description CONTRACT A General/Streetscape Improvements Contract A includes the following work: 1. Remove existing curb ramps or existing curb and construct new curb ramps (24 total) 2. 4 FT wide concrete sidewalk (approx. 6,500 SF) 3. Concrete pads for 4 new bus shelters (approx. 540 SF) and install the shelters and appurtenances 4. Decorative crosswalks (impressed preformed thermoplastic) across 5th St. (7 total) and driveways/side streets (12 total); total of 7,500 S.F. 5. Concrete segmental block retaining wall, max. height less than 4 FT (approx. 570 SF, excluding cap pieces) 6. Minor storm sewer work 7. Install electric conduit for future data lines under new sidewalk and curb ramps (approx. 4,000 LF) CONTRACT B Traffic Signal Improvements
