Description

The City of East St. Louis shall not be responsible for the premature opening of a Bid, which is not properly addressed or identified. Late Bids will not be considered. All Bids shall become the property of the City. The successful bidder on all construction and capital improvement projects in excess of $10,000, shall furnish a Performance Bond equal to one hundred (100%) percent of the total Bid. The City of East St. Louis reserves the right to negotiate with the selected bidder the exact terms and conditions of the contract.
