Description

Replacing two existing concrete steps & adding an ADA ramp from the courtyard to the USPFO building. MBE/WBE/SDVE Goals: MBE 10%, WBE 10%, and SDVE 3% The Work of the Base Bid includes site work (selective demolition of existing site improvements, excavating, backfilling, grading, compaction, seeding and strawing), concrete work (footings, foundations, exterior slabs-on-grade), installation of metal guard rails and handrails at stairs and ramps, electrical work (extend new circuits and controls to new exterior light fixtures), the installation of signage (directional and identification), and the installation of automatic door operators on the two main entrances to the USPFO Building.
