Crack Repair Project - 2023

The work of this contract consists of repairing cracks on 7th Street, Promontory Drive/Court, and within the following subdivisions: South Hill, Village East, Bison Ridge, and Highland Meadows Golf Course. The submission of the Bid Document Request Form (See Below) is the only way prospective bidders will receive bidding documents & any future addendum. The failure to return this page may result in an incomplete bid. The Project is to be substantially complete in 40 working days, and finally complete in 50 working days from the date of the Notice to Proceed. The work of this contract consists of repairing cracks on 7th Street, Promontory Drive/Court, and within the following subdivisions: South Hill, Village East, Bison Ridge, and Highland Meadows Golf Course. See the construction drawings for additional information. Bids shall be a combination of lump sum and unit prices per the Bid Form. Each Bidder shall file with his Bid a an acceptable Bid security in the form of a bidder's bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Bidder to whom a Contract is awarded will be required to furnish a Performance Bond guaranteeing faithful performance and a Labor and Material Payment Bond guaranteeing payment of all debts arising out of the Work. No Bid may be withdrawn for the period of time after the date Bids are opened which is specified in the Bid Form. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any informalities or irregularities therein, and to reject nonconforming, non-responsive, or conditional bids. The decision of the Owner shall be final.
