Year 2022 Sanitary Sewer Reconstruction/improvement Proj Ect Pelham Avenue (West Avenue to Bay Front): Total Proj Ect Includes Removal of Approximately 524 Lf of Existing 8- Inch Sewer Pipe and Replacement With 524 Lf of 8-inch Pvc Sdr 26 Pipe; Removal and Replacement of Two (2) Manholes; Connection of Existing Sewer Main Into New Manholes; Re Move and Replace Existing Laterals; Bypass Pumping; Test Pits for Utility Crossing; and Trench and Road Pavement Restora Tion. A Bid Bond Drawn to the Order of the Beach Haven Sewerage Authority in an Amount Equal to Ten (10%) Percent of the Amount of the Bid, but No More Than $20,000.00, Must Be Submitted With the Proposal as Bid Security, Pursuant to Local Public Contract Law (Lpc) 40a:11-21. The Borough of Beach Haven Sewerage Authority Reserves the Right to Waive Any Informalities and to Reject Any and All Bids.
