Description

This maintenance is not limited to but shall include: mowing, edging, weed-eating, blowing (sidewalks, patios and drives, etc.), loose trash removal, leaf removal, tree trimming, tree removal, and hedge trimming on a bi-weekly basis. Labor and equipment costs must be included to maintain proper operation for each property. All services are to be based on local or county code.
