| Description | Fit out newly renovated lab space in rooms 354 (788 SF) and 358 (407 SF) in Upson Hall. Fit out to consist of removing wall shelving, and reconfigure existing lab casework and sinks. Install a new 6 fume hood, casework, wall cabinets, bench type work stations and countertops that will all be supplied by the owner. A new door will be installed in the adjoining partition to connect the two lab spaces. Room 358 will be a laser lab that will have owner provided isolation tables. This lab will get laser curtains and door interlocks and required safety signage to protect people from entering spaces while lasers are in use. Provide new emergency shower in room 354. Reconfigure supply, return and exhaust ductwork to accommodate new fume hood and laser lab requirements. Furnish and install new reheat coils, sound attenuators fume hood exhaust valve and all associated controls. Reconfigure existing power circuits for new outlet locations, reconfigure existing lighting layouts. Provide all necessary utilities to the new fume hood and all other lab equipment. | ||||||||||||||||||
