**As of May 13, 2022, Project has been awarded. Award amount is $319,859.99** For: CUL-DE-SAC IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT Bids, along with bid securities, must be enclosed in a properly SEALED envelope bearing on the outside the name of the bidder and the NATURE OF THE BID CONTAINED THEREIN. A Bid Security is required in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid, not to exceed $20,000.00, in the form of a bid bond, certified check or cashiers check, made payable to the City of Summit. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of any and all applicable Federal, State and local laws, regulations and requirements, including but not limited to: N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.25 et seq. (Prevailing Wage Act); N.J.S.A. 52:25-24.2 (Statement of Ownership Disclosure); N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 (Affirmative Action); N.J.S.A. 52:32-44 (Business Registration), and the Citys adopted minimum standard insurance requirements. he Common Council reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals, waive any minor defects, and consider bids for sixty (60) days after their receipt pursuant to the Local Public Contracts Law, N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1 et seq. No charge shall be made or recovery had for publishing any official advertising unaccompanied by such statement of price. All work must be completed by October 1, 2022. Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities, Storm Drainage Structures.
