All questions must be submitted in writing via email. October 13 th, 2022 - Question and Answer Addendum posted online on Housing Agency Marketplace, and made available upon request Currently the Danville Redevelopment and Housing Authority owns and manages a total of 563 units in 7 multi-family developments. This public housing accommodates approximately 1,600 residents. DRHA also administers approximately 1,600 Housing Choice Voucher units in Danville, Martinsville, and Pittsylvania and Henry Counties. In keeping with its mandate to provide efficient and effective services, the Agency is now soliciting bids from qualified, licensed, and insured contractors / firms to provide the above noted services to the Agency. All bids submitted in response to this solicitation must conform to all the requirements and specifications outlined within this document and any designated attachments in its entirety. Following is required in bid submission: Septic Tank permit Building Permit Water Tap Fee to City or County, Sewer Tap to City or County Installation of Gravel driveway Culvert Pipe, Delivery, Block, Anchor, and Level to Code.
