As of July 24, 2023, this project an architect has been selected. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The proposed Hill Community Improvements project includes reconfiguration and modernization of the main lobby, laundry, study, and community cooking areas on the main floor as well as full renovation of the community restrooms on each floor to improve bathroom privacy.
