| Description | A. The Sign Contractor shall furnish all labor, services, materials, equipment necessary to fabricate and install new signs per Design Intent Drawings; field verify dimensions and site conditions at sign locations; engineer signs and provide fastenings for attachment, installation and adjustment of sign units into final locations. Sign Contractor shall obtain any necessary permits. B. The Sign Contractor shall remove all existing installed signs in conflict with new work. C. The Sign Contractor shall remove and re-install existing letters on buildings as noted. D. Concrete and sign bases, with cast in place anchor bolts or other reinforcement structure for Building ID and Directional signs shall be provided by sign supplier using a Concrete Contractor from Owner’s list of approved contractors. E. The Sign Contractor shall coordinate with Owner and other trades as required for completing the Work. F. Installation of all work shall be completed according to deadlines determined by Owner. | ||
