Paint, Turf Marking

The intent and purpose of this Invitation for Bid is to establish a term contract with a qualified supplier to furnish and provide inside delivery of Paint, Turf Marking & Accessories for Athletic Fields to the County of Henrico, Virginia (the "County") Recreation and Parks, as needed and requested in accordance with the enclosed general terms, conditions and specifications.
