| Description | The purpose of this contract is the completion of roadway improvements within the following locations as delineated on the construction plans: West Hegel Avenue (between Featherbed Lane and Wood Avenue), West Grant Avenue (between Featherbed Lane and Wood Avenue), West Sherman Avenue (between Featherbed Lane and Wood Avenue), Beatrice Parkway (between West Hegel Avenue and West Prescott Avenue) and Ellis Parkway (between West Hegel Avenue and West Prescott Avenue). Major items include, but are not limited to, milling, pavement removal, areas of full depth pavement repair, areas of asphalt overlay, paving, curbing of various types, ADA compliant ramp reconstruction, resetting of pavers, concrete driveways, asphalt driveways, drainage improvements, repair of drainage structures, tree removal, road restriping, resetting of existing castings, topsoil, fertilizer and seeding, relocation of existing signage and all other improvements shown on the project plans. |
