Construction of highway/Railroad grade crossing signals only. Furnish and install grade crossing warning devices and related work at Elm Street, Haskell Street, and King Street. Business entities awarded an identical or substantially similar procurement contract within the past five years:
Though the completion date is June 1, 2024 the Railroad would like signals installed before that date if conditions allow. That said there should be no construction between November 1, 2023 and April 1, 2024, unless weather conditions are above freezing and pre-authorized by the Railroad.
