Work on each improvement shall be commenced upon approval of the contract by the Council, and completed as stated below. Bid Security. Sales Tax. The bidder should not include sales tax in the bid. A sales tax exemption certificate will be available for all material purchased for incorporation in the project. Riverview Stage Electrical Improvements, 112022016 The improvement includes a new electrical service, electrical distribution panel, recreational vehicle outlets, vender outlets, and conduit for internet access; all in accordance with the contract documents, located at 710 Corning Street, Des Moines, Iowa. This project shall be fully completed not later than May 15, 2023. Preletting Conference.A preletting conference will be held at 9:00 a.m. on October 17, 2022, in room LL1 City Hall, 400 Robert D Ray Drive, Des Moines, Iowa For consideration by the City Council (Council) at its meeting on November 21, 2022
