Elevator Maintenance Repair and Installation Services

This Invitation to Bid is for Elevator Maintenance Repair and Installation Services NATURE OF THE PROJECT: Award of a master contract for the performance of smaller miscellaneous public work jobs consisting of elevator maintenance, repair and installation service support furnishing a variety of work and materials on a task order, time and materials basis. In general, the work may cover, but not be limited to, all phases of temporary or permanent installation, repair, remodel, rebuild, replace, minor construction, alteration, improvement, monthly planned maintenance, and other related miscellaneous items THE BOARD hereby notifies all bidders that no person or organization shall be discriminated against on the basis of race, religion, color, age, sex, sexual orientation or national origin in consideration for an award issued pursuant to this advertisement. Additionally, minority business enterprises are encouraged to submit bids in response to this invitation. THE BOARD reserves the right to reject any or all bids, portion or parts thereof, and to waive all minor irregularities in bidding. SUBMITTALS should follow the format outlined in the request for bid document on website QUESTIONS regarding the bid process shall be submitted via website. Spokane County Purchasing will respond to questions via website, thus providing all questions and answers to all prospective bidders.
