The USDA Forest Service, Apache-Sitgreaves National Forest, Show Low, Arizona, has a requirement consisting of the demolition, removal, and replacement of 6-inch concrete in roadways and camp sites at the Fool Hollow Lake Recreation Area. All work shall be completed in accordance with the project specifications. The project includes all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform all the operations for the work specified. 2. Type of Award. As a result of this solicitation, the Government anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed-Price Construction Contract using Simplified Acquisition with Request For Quote (RFQ) format. NAICS code 237310 - Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction is assigned to solicitation under Small Business Set-Aside ($39.5 million). PSC code Z2LB.
