Emergency Generator Project

To replace emergency generators and transfer switches at two locations. City Hall Location 405 Jefferson Street, Washington, MO 63090 To replace an existing 10kW single phase, natural gas generator and transfer switch with a natural gas generator and transfer switch capable of completely powering the entire building. It is estimated to be a 125 kW generator and 1,200 amp transfer switch, but vendor will verify size of desired equipment on-site. The proposal shall include a remote annunciator as well as wiring to existing Omni metrix wireless reporting equipment. To make the generator dual-fuel to a 25 foot section of flexible gas line to connect to a propane tank that could be brought in to serve the generator. Washington FD Headquarters Location, 200 East 14th Street, Washington, MO 63090 To replace an existing 60 kW three phase dual-fuel, natural gas primary/propane secondary, generator and 200 amp transfer switch with a 100 kW Three phase dual fuel, natural gas primary/propane secondary, generator and 400 amp three phase, 4-wire 120/208 volt transfer switch. The project will also include replacing a 125 amp three phase emergency powered panelboard with a 200 amp 42 circuit three phase panelboard and the transfer of several HVAC breakers and wiring from adjoining existing panel to the new panel. The vendor will verify size of desired equipment on-site. The proposal shall include a remote annunciator as well as wiring to existing Omni metrix wireless reporting equipment.
