Description

The following subdivisions will be standard mill and HMA fill projects: Edwardsville Manor, Forest View, Glenwood Hills, Goodview Estates, Hawthorn Hill, Heritage Valley, Lamplight Lane, Lexington Farms, Pheasant Hills, Sager Estates, Summerhill, Tanner Trace, Vernon Woods, Wedgewood Park, Whispering Hills, Willow Heights, Wind Ridge, and Woodview. Project locations, segments and limits are defined by Exhibits A (maps) & B (road list). The projects will be milled 1.75 or 2.0 inches deep as described above. Wedge and level may be placed to improve the roadway cross section and weak locations. Tack coat shall be applied. 192.5 or 220 lbs/SY hot mix asphalt pavement, QC/QA-HMA, 2, 64, Surface, 9.5 mm shall be placed as described in Section 1 above. Surface joint adhesive and liquid asphalt sealant shall be applied. Surface joint adhesive shall also be placed along any exposed concrete curb and gutter face.
