Description

This project will develop an Energy and Digester Gas Master Plan that will develop a standby power policy, determine the future usage of digester gas and will address energy dependency issues that will lead to resiliency. For the future usage of digester gas, the study will look at long-term options if the engines can no longer be maintained due to lack of parts, qualified companies are no longer available to perform the bottom-end overhauls, or South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) regulations change and prevent the operation of the existing Central Generation (Cen Gen) facilities. The successful Consultant will be responsible for performing all related services to providing an Energy and Digester Gas Master Plan.
