Avon Fire Station Renovation - General Bids

DCAMM Certificate Phase 1: Abate and demolish existing Police (south of apparatus bay) building in it’s entirety. Construct new addition, garage building, septic system and civil work. Relocate existing communications and computer systems, active antenna and mechanical, electrical and plumbing as required to keep the Fire Department operational at all times. Existing apparatus bay and existing Fire Department side must remain operational and accessible through-out Phase 1. The existing apparatus bay doors that face the rear of the site can be blocked off during this phase of construction. The building and site will remain occupied by the Avon Fire Department during Phase 1. Phase 2: Abate and renovate existing Fire Department portion of the building and existing apparatus bay. The Avon Fire Department will remain on site and occupy the new addition and Garage building through- out Phase 2.

Division 06 -	Wood, Plastics, and Composites, Rough Carpentry, Finish Carpentry.
Division 07 -	Thermal and Moisture Protection, Dampproofing and Waterproofing, Thermal Protection.
Division 08 -	Openings, Doors and Frames, Windows.
Division 09 -	Finishes, Plaster and Gypsum Board, Ceilings, Flooring, Painting and Coating.
Division 21 -	Fire Suppression.
Division 22 -	Plumbing.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Lighting.
