Grounds Maintenance for City Parks

Proposer shall be responsible for mowing, string trimming, edging, litter and debris removal, landscape maintenance, irrigation system maintenance, palm tree maintenance, cleaning all signs and park furnishings quarterly, herbicide spraying and fence line trimming. Proposer shall demonstrate that they possess commercial grounds maintenance equipment capable of performing the services as specified, as solely determined by the City, through ownership or lease documents. This information must be listed on the Equipment List to be included with the submittal. This equipment shall include but not be limited to the following commercial mowing equipment: three (3) mowers (zero turn radius) with a variety of deck sizes; one (1) commercial gas powered string trimmer; one (1) edger; one (1) shrub trimmer; one (1) backpack blower; and one (1) backpack sprayer for chemical application (weed control).
