To developing Permanent Affordable Rental Housing within the City of Visalia city limits for qualifying residents experiencing homelessness, or at greatest risk of housing instability and who are at or below 30% Area Median Income (AMI). Proposers are strongly encouraged to include tenant supportive services in conjunction with the development of Permanent Affordable Rental Housing project to assist in tenant’s long-term housing stability.
