Description

The City of Battle Creek will accept sealed bids for the Fire Station #1 Driveway Improvements project. This project consists of, but is not limited to, installation of new concrete driveway, including some minor storm repair, new drainage castings, and new metal step installation in the rear of the building. The accepted bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory performance bond and labor/materials payment bond, each in an amount equal to 100% of the contract and insurance certificate upon forms acceptable to the City If awarded a contract under this Bid, the undersigned agrees to start work at the site within 30 days of receipt of Notice to Proceed. The undersigned further agrees to complete the project by December 15, 2023.
