Description

The project entails the removal and replacement of sections of existing concrete path along the Bear Creek Trail through the Homestead Golf Course in Lakewood, Colorado. Existing 4” concrete is to be replaced with 6” concrete. The project scope includes demolition and removal of identified path and replacing concrete path, earthwork and grading, subgrade prep, and compaction. The estimated linear feet in need of replacement is 1,093’ of 8’ wide sidewalk.
