Grounds Maintenance & Snow Removal Services for Peterson AFB and Cheyenne Mountain AFS, Colorado

Historically Underutilized Business (HUBZone) Set-Aside - Grounds Maintenance at PAFB to include but is not limited to mowing, edging and trimming for improved turf (80 acres), semi-improved turf (60 acres) and unimproved turf (300+ acres), pruning, tree maintenance, irrigation maintenance (1,050 zones and 100 backflows), fertilizing, aerating, pest control (weeds and vegetation disease), and removing and installing plants (flowers, shrubs and trees). Snow control for hardscape areas (mainly sidewalks, 17 acres) with a historical work load of ¼” to 2” (about 12 times per year), 2” to 4” (about 8 times per year), 4” to 6” (about 3 times per year), 6”+ (about 1 time per year). Additional tasks include supporting special events, providing customer support, and landscape projects. The contractor shall comply with applicable federal, regional, state, and local laws and commercial standards.
