Braemar Ice Arena Dehumidification Upgrade

The project consists of the installation, coordination, and maintenance of a temporary dehumidification unit (DHU). The cost of renting the unit will be paid for by the City, all other costs associated with the temporary DHU are to be paid for by the contractor. The project consists of the removal of the existing DHU, and installation of a new DHU along with associated power, controls, ductwork, supports, roof patching, and miscellaneous equipment removal and site work to support the new DHU install. Controls are to be upgraded to a new building automation
