US Highway 491 American Heritage Plaza Waterline and Sewer Line Relocation

As of July 22, 2022, project has not been awarded yet. it is anticipated to be awarded sometime in the middle of August. **As of July 5, 2022, this project has not yet been awarded. It is going before our Council on 7/12/22. ** **As of July, 2022, the low responsive bidder was Adame Construction, Los Lunas NM, bid amount was $778,225.31.** The project is located on the east side of US Highway 491, outside of NMDOT Right of Way in front of American Heritage Plaza, between Lincoln Avenue and Jefferson Avenue in Gallup, New Mexico. This project consists of installing 1,600-linear feet of 8-inch AWWA C900 PVC waterline and 50-feet of 10-inch PVC SDR 35 sewer line with two 4-foot diameter manholes. The work will replace existing water and sewer infrastructure. This project includes tie-ins to existing utilities, transfer of water and sewer services, installation of gate valves, fire hydrants, air release stations, and other appurtenances. The removal and replacement of asphalt pavement, concrete pavement, traffic striping, and all associated earthwork is also included.
