Description

The Project consists of water main installation between Lumar Drive and Bradmar Drive, as well as between South Street and Devore Avenue for improved water quality. Project also consists of pavement replacement and site restoration. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis. All bids must be accompanied by a bank check, cashier's check, certified check, or bid bond payable to the Owner for ten percent (10%) of the total amount of bid. The Work will be substantially completed on or before November 16, 2022
