Charging Stations

Purchase, installation, maintenance and data collection of three (3) dual level-two electric vehicle charging stations. Contract to be awarded: on or about December 19, 2022 Number of RFP Proposals to be sent: Original and three (3) copies All responses should be addressed to: Anthony C. Mack, Esq., Executive Director The RFP should be returned in a sealed envelope, which bears the name of the proposer of the RFP clearly marked "RFP for the Purchase, Installation, Maintenance and Data Collection of Three (3) Dual Level-Two Electric Vehicle Charging Stations" Attention: Anthony C. Mack, Esq., Executive Director. The NPA reserves the right to waive any and all formalities or altogether reject any RFP as in the best interest of the NPA. Awards made under the Fair and Open Process shall be made to those vendors whose proposals are most advantageous to the NPA after consideration of all factors. Factors include but are not limited to experience and/or reputation in field, knowledge of agency and the subject matter to be addressed under the proposal and contract, compensation proposal and other factors if determined to be in the best interest of the. All awards are subject to NPA Board of Commissioners approval. PERIOD OF CONTRACT: One (1) year, commencing on the date of fully executed contract until successor is appointed
