Crystal Beach Swimming Pool Demolition Package

The project is a re-bid or the previously bid project that includes the demolition and removal of the existing pool, pool deck, slide structure, associated pool equipment and piping, a portion of the basement mechanical room and miscellaneous peripheral and site work. This project is the preparatory package for a subsequent Pool Replacement Package. The City of Madison reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technical or legal deficiencies and to accept any bid that it may deem to be in the best interest of the city. The City of Madison requires submitted bids remain in force for a thirty (30) day period after opening or until award is made, whichever comes first. Bidders wanting to tour the facility may reach out to the City of Madison to arrange access to the Project Site -Crystal Beach Swimming Pool, 400 W. Vaughn Dr., Madison, IN.
