Because of detected leaks in the ceiling of the North MCC Building and the sensitive nature of the electrical equipment inside, we are looking to have the existing membrane roof removed and replaced, as well as having the existing concrete roof repaired and re-sloped (through the manner in which the insulation sheets are installed under the new membrane roofing material) to provide improved and effective drainage. Install ¼” per foot tapered Iso board to roof decking and fully adhere using OLI bonding foam adhesive. Install 60 mil GAF TPO over Iso board and fully adhere. TPO to be ran up vertical wall and fastened with termination bar and K flashing. GAF must have a material warranty of 20 years. Fabricate and install .032 aluminum coping Coated White All A/C, mechanical and electrical details must be handled by a licensed contractor pertaining to lightning protection.
